Refund Policy

Your licensure application mainly consists of the following fees and payments; MLC service fee, state application fee, FCVS fee, Veridoc fee, NPDB fee, and associated taxes. Before your application process starts, we will provide an invoice listing your all application fees. If you agree with the itemized amounts, you pay for the services and our specialist starts the licensing process immediately. If your licensure application is canceled by you for any reason after you pay the amount, no refund will be issued since our specialists start to prepare the application and pay certain fees to collect required documents. Therefore, please be sure to apply for the license before you make the payment.
Following situations are eligible for refund:
- Service Not Rendered: If MedLicenseCoverage fails to initiate the medical license application process within 10 business days of invoice payment, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Application Rejection: Refunds will not be issued for applications rejected by the licensing authority due to reasons beyond MedLicenseCoverage’s control, including but not limited to, the applicant’s failure to meet eligibility criteria, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the applicant, or failure to pass the licensing authority’s background checks or tests.
- Change of Mind: Once the application process has been initiated, if a customer decides to cancel or withdraw their application for reasons other than those specified in the eligible refund conditions, no refund will be issued.
- Service Fees: Please note that any third-party fees, such as licensing authority fees, are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the respective authorities and not to MedLicenseCoverage LLC.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact MedLicenseCoverage’s customer service team at info@medlicensecoverage.com within 5 business days of their purchase or the occurrence of a service issue. The request should include the invoice number, the reason for requesting a refund, and any relevant documentation or evidence supporting the request.
MedLicenseCoverage reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval and will be issued to the original method of payment.
Modifications to the Refund Policy
MedLicenseCoverage LLC reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
